I’ve just received the Ona Vegan leather and I’m very excited about this one.
The quality is amazing and luxurious,the cherry red is very deep,the shape is perfect.
That’s my second Ona bag,the first one is the cotton one which I like it a lot but here the level is higher.

I ADORE this bag!! I love the color and it holds a lot of things inside. I bought this for grad school and it’s definitely such a cute and practical piece (holds laptop, notebook, pencil pouch, small makeup pouch, wallet, charger cables pouch).

HOWEVER, I really wish the strap was longer 😭 I love how it looks as a crossbody but it’s difficult to take on and off. I hope they make longer straps next time.

I REALLY wanted to love this bag

I really really wanted to make this bag works for me. The color and the functionality are just nice but the bag is indeed difficult to close and tighten up due to the material which is understandable. The bag somehow failed to stay on my shoulders unless I put it on as a crossbody. It kept slipping off and that is not functional at all if you need to keep adjusting your bag or hold it constantly. I ended up returning this bag after a few attempt to weight the bag down thinking that it might be too light to stay on my shoulders properly and carry it in different ways, it just did not work :(

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
