Instant cool look

I bought both Mini Ona Soft Bag and Taco Bag. I liked the look of mini ona better but I usually only buy bags with zip and wanted to try see if I like how taco bag looks. And now taco bag is my favorite bag ever! The color stands out so nicely that any clothes you wear look 30% cooler instantly. It looks great in real life but I love how it looks on photos. Before I only had luxury designer bags but I almost only use taco bag now except for formal occasions. One of the best buys in 2024!!! To Olend team please add more colors to taco bag!!!

casual yet interesting

I wanted a casual bag to replace my beloved canvas tote. I was thinking about the baggu crescent bag but it was a little too slouchy and sloppy for my taste, plus I hated the wide, branded strap. While searching for a similar but more structured bag, I found this brand. The bag is casual while still being a bit elevated thanks to the structure of the body and the strap. Due to its rounded shape, the strap can be a little slippery when worn on a nylon coat. This is fine because I am able to wear this bag as a crossbody but I have quite a short torso so this probably wouldn't be an option for someone who is taller / has different proportions. Overall, I am very happy, would purchase again!

Urban chic in hand!

This type is pretty useful when it comes to city strolling. Loved the colour from the very first glance on the website, loved it even more when it finally arrived. The stripe is quite thic, which helps feel whenever I am holding the bag (important factor in terms of safety reasons). The material is also well fabricated. Tha packaging seems to be rather delicate as it may be useful in the future as well. All in all, I am extremelly satisfied from Olend brand. Thank you!

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
