Not for me

I purchased this bag thinking it would be great for travel, but I was disappointed when it arrived. The extra strap piece was extremely wrinkled, which made it feel less appealing right out of the box. While I could have steamed it to improve the look, the fact that it arrived in that condition made me question its durability for travel.

I also had concerns about the white fabric tag—it seemed like it could easily get dirty, especially in the summer when traveling through cities or visiting the beach. The care instructions only mentioned wiping clean, with no indication that it was machine washable, which made me worry that the tag might start to look dingy over time.

As a parent, I need a bag that can handle the wear and tear of travel. If I wanted something delicate, I’d just use one of my leather bags. Ultimately, this didn’t seem practical enough for my needs, so I decided to return it.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
