BEST purchase. I should have bought this faster

I take about 30-40 flights per year and I hadn’t found anything so light, spacious, good-looking - all-in-one. I did my first trip last week, and the bag was just incredible x you can put so many things inside, and when you think it’s full, you can probably fit in more things. Had a few compliments for it too. I really love it. Will see how long it lasts not getting dirty as I got it in SAND, but so far, it’s spectacular.

After my last trip to Japan, I realize this bag was a TREND. After searching for a while I finally found Olend. The bag is super comfy and I’m always carrying a lot of things, so the size is super. Also it is water repellent and super easy to wear! I miss a zipper for the main bag, like Pro Ona Bag but Large size! That would be AMAZING!

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
