Good bag but small drink holder

I really like this bag a lot! All the different pockets are very useful. The size is good and the straps are comfortable. Only issue is the drink holder on the inside is too small for most reusable water bottles, even my 24oz hydroflask, which is fairly narrow.

To slow for refund

Unfortunately the bag was too small. I sent back and still have not received a refund it’s been two weeks!

One replacement bag later and same issue!

This style of bag has a massive quality issue.

First bag - stitching issues after 18 days of use on the strap.

Received a replacement bag. Cool.

Replacement bag - stitching on the front pocket has started to come off less than 2 months of normal use. This bag gets taken home > car > work + repeat. Not even being used as a gym bag or for travelling.

I was even assured the problem was an isolated case! Nope, wrong. Genuinely, hope they will fix it for future customers. Personally, won’t ever re-purchase or recommend.

Amazing bag, very practical!

I love this bag, the color is great and I love all the pockets and zippers. I just wish the strap was a bit longer. Wearing it with my winter coat/puffer jacket on my shoulder is a bit difficult cause it's quite short.

Cosmico Tote Bag

This is the perfect bag for university students. Sometimes it can be a nightmare to go back and forth, having to squeeze everything into a bag, but the Cosmico bag was a complete lifesaver. It is waterproof for rainy university days, comes with a lot of pockets, and also has a laptop pouch on the inside. It even has a small water holder, perfect for avoiding unwanted spills. I've been able to fit a couple of books, my water bottle, and even a Tupperware with a full lunch. Needless to say, if you are looking to get a bag for university or perhaps work, this is the one! WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
