Returns & Exchanges

All products may be returned within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items must be returned using the prepaid label from our return portal, items returned using a different procedure will not be accepted nor refunded.


We do not offer free returns at the moment, so this shipping rate will be deducted from your refund once approved:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the returned product. Customers will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund amount. Please, allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

Shipping rates specified here above will be deducted from the refunded amount, except if your product is faulty, or you received a different product from what you ordered.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at help@olend.net if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item. In this case, returns are free of charge.

 

Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
