We send orders every day, except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Any orders placed over the weekend and holidays will start the process on the next working day.

When ordering from countries outside the EU and the US, you may need to pay import tax and custom clearance according to local rules.

If you are shopping from the EU or the US, the total amount you pay at checkout includes all applicable customs and taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days and shipped from our warehouses in Barcelona and Hong Kong.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain & Portugal: 24- 72h

Europe: 2-4 days

United States: 2-4 days 

UK: 4-6 days (the parcel may be retained at UK customs beyond ÖLEND control some extra time)

Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan: 1-3 days

Rest of the world: 3-6 days
